Jigna made me feel at ease when discussing my issues. It was a very sensitive and confidential matter but she wasn’t at all judgemental and treated me just like a normal person. She was also very thorough and clear in her diagnosis and didn’t cut any corners. I feel reassured with the level of service I received from her.

I think at the door when everyone is waiting outside to arrive it would be nice if it was more organised and clear because I had loads of people coming to me asking what to do and where to go
