Nurse Sunny was very thorough and personable. Great guy. However, my results were not given to me in the stated time frame, so I had to call the results line TWICE and leave a message on their answering machine. I had a surprise call today (4 weeks after testing) and the kind lady informed me she was on annual leave. BETTER systems need to be in place as I was stressing not knowing my results!
