Mr Heppel is concise and clear at explaining the procedure and aftercare. He allowed me to ask questions and gave honest answers. I felt respected and treated with dignity and treated as an adult. The hospital staff are professional and warm and friendly. The anaesthetist relaxing and with humour. The cleanliness of the hospital was noticeable. Everything was in good order. Communications were so efficient. Any questions I had were answered the same day.

I don't think anything could have been done better. I had absolute confidence in the team.
