Receptionists very rude. Senior receptionist thinks she owns the surgery. We'd an incident where she raised her voice At me. Phoned no reply, waited 20 minutes twice no reply. Sent in on Web problems, with my husbands kbkoid pressure tablets, can't begot, which is urgent. I sent request in for my husband 4 times, last week. NOW VERY VERY URGENT..

Suggested improvements
Answer phones respond to the Web form Receptionist staff, particularly the senior needs to have. Empathy and understanding.,not raise her voice. We understand that there under a lot of pressure, but so are the rest of us.
