Repeat prescription not issued, chemist gave proof of order, receptionist told me it proved nothing and the best she could do was order for 3 days time, really rude when I asked for a manager and when she finally got some one, I was blamed for being rude, I don't want blame passed I just need medication that Drs deem essential to my health, I don't expect excuses and shifting blame. This is a disgrace, people's health is being treated like a lottery with an attitude of not my fault, services will suffer if you cut personnel
