What to do?
Consider privacy the deaf.
May I suggest looking at the systems used by the high street banks.
Over 45 minutes wait for my appointment.
Medication prescribed wrong but important medication not prescribed when needed.
The receptionist helpful and doctor generally good when seen.
Appointments are awful since the change over.
It worked better the way it was. Bad change.
New system is just not working well for patient care. Phoning Oaklands - receptionist not very helpful - then waiting 2 weeks for a late appointment. I joined boots as work quite a distance from Yeovil and difficult to get time off work. New system is disjointed and the reason more people will end up going to A and E. We need more appointments slots/more GPs :-(.

My personal care is great - however I have an issue with the telephone service you offer. Whilst waiting in the waiting room at least 3 people came in complaining they could not get through and had to come into the surgery personally. Whilst waiting for my appointment there were 3 members of staff just sat chatting even though the phones were obviously ringing (I asked if the need lights on the phones were flashing was it someone trying to get through and they confirmed this).
