I do not think you log in a screen for patients is suitably placed. There is no privacy. It is bad that a name comes up in large writing clearly visible to the whole waiting room. Also, I didn't recognize me so someone else name came up. I strongly feel that the screen should face the wall.

Doctors, nurses always helpful and provide good advice when needed. I like the fact that there are two surgeries especially as I work in town so the boots health centre is very handy for me.

Care good. Very difficult to get an appointment if you don't work in the town or 9-5.

System needs improving in booking to see GP. I.e Online posted email to Oaklands failed.
