I had a really good experience with the nurse taking my blood for a blood test. I did not feel any discomfort. The only area for improvement is when trying to get an appointment which can be difficult.

I have recently required monitoring at and redressing of my right index finger, which had required surgery to remove an infected nail bed. Nurse Malins et al did a brilliant and very careful job of changing the dressing. Cleaning the wound and reassuring me with regard to the healing process. Thanks.
