All doctors and nurses seen have been amazing, very helpful and understanding. I have always felt very well cared for.
Only issues have been with making appointments or getting results back etc. I have found the reception staff to not be very understanding and at times stand offish and a little rude which isn't very helpful when you are ill or awaiting results.

Appointment for ear wax removal by nurse made easily and timely. On time on day and very good result.
