All doctors and nurses seen have been amazing, very helpful and understanding. I have always felt very well cared for. Only issues have been with making appointments or getting results back etc. I have found the reception staff to not be very understanding and at times stand offish and a little rude which isn't very helpful when you are ill or awaiting results.

I was recommended to this practice myself after my previous Dr returned and I found great difficulties in finding a suitable. It was an excellent recommendation and I have always been most grateful for it.

The surgery is clean the receptionists were helpful, especially as this was my second visit today. Once for myself and once for my son. I was involved in the decision about my care. I don't think anything could be improved. I was very happy. I got an emergency appointment quickly for my son.
