Been with the Practice (and its predecessors) for over 45 years and there have been major changes, all improvements, during that time. Currently, everyone there from the Reception staff, who are always very approachable and will do all they can to assist you to get the help you need - nothing like those 'ogres' portrayed on TV - through the nurses and specialist advisors and up to the GPs themselves, they all take a real interest in your woes and will refer you on for more specialist investigations if necessary. A small practice maybe, but one where you feel they care and you are not just a file in their IT system.
