The surgery is old dated and in a terrible need of decorating. The receptionist are rude very rude. The receptionist has no right to ask you why you need an appointment it's hard to get an appointment and when you do you feel like you shouldn't of bothered and are wasting their time. I was with this surgery as a child and came back but are thinking of leaving.
