Needs online appointment facility. I can never get an appointment. I work 8am to 5-6pm and it is very difficult to make telephone calls from work. By the time I get through (usually after 2pm) all that days appointments are gone, not allowed to book next day and it's pointless booking further ahead when you want a same day appt. Current system doesn't work for workers. All nurses and reception staff I have dealt with have been wonderful, as have most of the doctors (however all but one of the gps have changed since my last visit to the surgery.
