It is not possible to get an appointment over the phone anymore at this surgery, a system check online form has to be filled in at the end of which there is an option to chose a face to face appointment. This is a waste of time and many of the questions either don’t apply or don’t include appropriate options for a meaningful response

Suggested improvements
Yes, bring back a system which focuses on patient care, where receptionists answer the phone quickly and there are sufficient appointments to offer people without having to fill in an online form
