The practice does not appear to retain GPs for long and hence there are major difficulties in securing an appointment. It requires telephoning in at 8.15, the lines are constantly busy and after as much as 40 minutes of constant attempts, it is frustrating to be told there are no appointments, to ring again the next day. Some days my experience has been much better and occasionally there are appointments.
Once an appointment given, the delay is sometimes unacceptable - at least 40 minutes or more and many comment in the surgery about some partners.
Once with the GP, consultations have characteristically been focused, good and helpful, sometime excellent.
