Late not very personal with adressment.
I got the treatment I needed also I could speak to the doctor.
Very excellent care.
Doctors are brilliant, however the phone system and some of the nursing receptionist are very unprofessional. I am a radiographer and think it is awful how long you wait on the phone making it impossible to get an appointment. They never apoligese for keeping you waiting either, I have been on hold 8 minutes and then the phone goes dead. It is also unacceptable to answer the phone saying please hod without even asking if its an emergency or even a quick query - you can then hear the receptionist talking to pts - which is breaching their confidentiality, I have also heard them laughing - as they forget you on the phone.
It is a disgrace to the NHS.
Making appointment could be improved, having to wait in a que to book a appointment.
