Receptionist some good, nothing else.

Not helpful. Did not even ask me how my pain is or ask me how I am coping day to day. Prescription problems. Practice adds to my stress. No antisceptic in new wing. Antisceptic bottles in old wing are often empty or missing. Slow or non existent patient follow-up's.

I phoned for an emergency appt on Thurs 5th Nov for my mother. The receptionists were very helpful and I received a telephone call from Dr Haider. He also came out at 7.45pm to visit my mother at home. She appreciated his care and attention during the visit. Unfortunately we have had to arrange a follow-up appt, but again the receptionists were very helpful despite being very busy. My family have consistently received very good care here. THANK YOU

Very good session with Dr Ribeiro (Outstanding to Excellent undr all questionnaire helps). Reception were able to advise on one unclear point - re blood test fasting as lipids required. If you are familiar with the appointment system and are sensible about it, it is easy to get an appointment.
