Some of your receptionists should improve or be replaced. Ringing at 8.00am to get an emergency appointment is a nightmare. On top of that you wait for 30 minutes and then you are told there is no appointments and what is annoying when you do get through, they screen your call and tell you if your appointment is important/emergency or not to make a decision whether to give you an appointment. You use medical terminologies to them, they don't have a clue, yet screening calls to make a decision.
