The surgery could offer lunchtime appointments so I can see the docter at my lunch break,

Thank you very much for your review and suggestion. We appreaciate this would be quite convenient for you and patients alike, but unfortunately this is not always possible as GPs do their home visits during the break between morning and afternoon clinics.
