The doctors and the staffs provide good service and very helpful.
The waiting time for appts have to be improved. Had to wait 50 mins but very good service from staff and doctor Khan.

Good:
The receptionists are polite.
The doctors (old and new) are great. They give good advice and are accomodat when needed.
Bad:
It is difficult to get an appointment when you need it.

Dr Khan and the practice was very well with us at the Woodleigh Community esp in monitoring the cause of mental health patients.
the reception staff are very accommodating.

Getting an appointment - backing in advance would be good.
Getting replies to emails could be better.
