Friday 19/12/14.
Appointment with nurse booked for 4.30 p.m.
Until 5.30 I was still waiting to be called.
On inquiry I was advised that there all 4 patients before me.
I left surgery totally disgusted and humiliated.
Patients should be informed of any lateness.

The doctors and the staffs provide good service and very helpful.
The waiting time for appts have to be improved. Had to wait 50 mins but very good service from staff and doctor Khan.

Majority of doctors are really helpful and listen to your needs and do what is necessary to help with the problems that you have , I have had many excellent experienced with the surgery and would probably recomend only a few of the doctors.
But as an overall, the surgery is one of the best I have been to.
