Main areas for improvement are Reception. Sometimes feels like a battle to get an appointment but at the same time, it is understandable that reception staff are front line and can be under pressure if there is insufficient resources or training.

Resources and training We are constantly updating and Training to improve Staff Skills Since Practicing from one site - London Road Medical Practice, we have improved our resources. Our Team objective is to treat our patients with dignity and respect whilst providing a quality service. Please, always feel free to talk to the Practice Manager if you have any concerns. These are treated with respect, and assist in continual Training Thank you for you feed back
