Pleasant waiting room. Polite receptionists. My doctor is very helpful and sympathetic.
Its quite easy to get an appointment although the telephoning in the morning system could be improved as I imagine its difficult for some people.

I managed to get for an appointment @ 8.10 am today, but more often than not have not been able to get an appointment for my 4 year old daughter.

More doctors.
Some receptionist are very helpful.
Some receptionist are very rude.
Phone's are always blocked up until well past 8 am then all fully booked so annoying.
