Telephone is almost always engaged - when you get through it rings for ages then disconnects.
Surgery doesn't answer their email in a timely fashion and it's very difficult to get hold of them. They give conflicting information about blood tests and appointments.
I am looking to change surgery now as although the staff are mostly friendly and the place is clean, the hassle I go through every time to get an appointment, change an appointment or even clarify a situation is causing too much stress.
