Had appointments available for the same day with a variety of times available. Receptionist was extremely polite on the phone and when l arrived at the surgery.

I have followed Dr Deaville up to the keele practice when the high St Medical Center closed. Dr Deaville is the only lady Dr I have ever had and I think she is an excellent practice itself is very welcoming and friendly and always seems very efficient. I have never had any problems making an appointment.
