The waiting room has dusty table tops, dirty windows with old tape all over them,it's like sitting in a storeroom totally unwelcoming.Empty TV bracket, empty scruffy looking leaflet rack.
I got through to a receptionist at seven minutes past eight in the morning NO Doctor appointments left! How can this be telephone lines only open at eight.Helpful receptionist managed an appointment with the nurse for 11.20a.m.It was a rush for me as had to visit poorly Dad anyway made it only to be kept waiting until nearly 11.40a.m.while the nurse I was seeing carried on a conversation relating to personal activities on the landing with another member of staff. Also took private call during my appointment.
I find it soul destroying when I have been poorly for over three weeks that a Doctor's appointment is unavailable.I am having breathing difficulties,a continuous cough, tiredness all symptoms you are supposed to see your DOCTOR about! It's impossible to catch Cancer early if you can't see a Doctor! There was no one in the waiting room when I arrived or left!!!
Feel very very let down.
