All of the staff were helpful and professional.

The change from imery street practice location/ environment is so disappointing. The previous location felt personal and comfortable. The environment in the previous location was so positive and reassuring. Such a shame that this has been lost.

The reception staff are always courteous, professional and extremely helpful. Dr Curry takes the time to listen, you don't feel rushed and explains everything thoroughly and encourages you to ask questions.

Always get an appointment, on occasions it has taken a while.

I was happy with my appointment today, I can't think of anything extra that could have been done.

depends what you define getting an appointment, because getting past receptionist then a nurse so its pretty impossible to see a gp, other wise nurse appointment is easy. and who knew a receptionist now can offer medical advice,
