I know the surgery is busy but being able to get a appointment within a reasonable timeframe would be a great help

Appointment was at a time to suit me and I was seen spot on time. The nurse was pleasant and professional. I had an observer present and she too was pleasant.

Came for a health check - felt like the nurse didn’t want to be there or had a bad night - not a great “bed side” manner - felt I was putting her out.

Perhaps a little more of a friendly approach instead of a military approach.
