Appointments have a long lead time

Seems to be too much going on behind reception. I personally think it would be better if those taking calls were in another office and reception was kept only for face to face contact. Also you can hear the receptionists conversation whilst their on the phone.

The nurses were friendly, caring and clear in their information.

As a first visit to the surgery it was a caring experience so nothing negative to report.

Waiting times to get an appointments are too long or non existant. I got sent to a pharmacy at whiteleas. It was a locum on duty and they couldnt access the system. I then aked to be reffered to asda boldon where the pharmacist was more helpful. Gps are not as available as they were pre covid

Receptionist did her best to get me seen both times. She couldnt have done any better.

was saw quickly nurse is lovely put me at ease and talked me through stuff

more appointments
