Was the first time I had met the nurse Abbey, she was very good at explaining everything she was doing and didn’t hurt when she administered the B12 which is a positive!!

At first try it was quite a wait for my appointment but then receptionist rang with a cancellation and got in 2 days later

Not much on this occasion but waiting time for appointments is quite long
