It was nice to offer patients a chance to join a cancellation list. If I'm off sick....I'm available anytime. This could be an automated list where a computer system could offer the waiting list a text to say a space has come available, similar to Haven points waiting list booking system

First time visiting since the move and was well impressed with the overall professionalism of the staff

Better signs to point towards where you are situated within the practice as I had to ask at the first reception desk where you were

Rebooked an appointment no problem. Nurse was friendly, concerned, did NOT feel rushed, offered solutions and medication, very happy.

Dr Curry was lovely, ensuring that I understood what she was doing and talking me through everything. She has booked an appointment for 4 weeks time and has ensured me if any issues to contact the surgery back. After previously being under a different surgery I cannot fault the care from imeary medical for me and also my family on previous appointments either face to face or in person.
