Telephone system for booking appointments always results in a queue but now the system advises how long the wait is likely to be and so you are able to either hold or call back. Better than the old system where you didn’t have any idea how long the wait was likely to be. I usually use the online system although this always results in a telephone consultation. Been with the Practice for almost four years and have seen medical professionals but not a doctor, fortunately!

Suggested improvements
Feel that the layout is excellent although to have a person as receptionist, behind of the glass panel, dealing with patient calls is not the best situation. As patient is waiting to check-in can hear the conversation, albeit one side, they could be standing there for some time, resulting in late attendance form appointments. Better layout but this would be in an ideal world with no constraints on current premises or personnel.
