The doctor who we seen was lovely and always is, she always listens and prescribes what she thinks best. She always has our best interests at heart. Great service. The reception staff however are not helpful or good. They told me the pharmacist said Lewis does not need antibiotics even though I was stood next to the pharmacist and he said Lewis definitely does need antibiotics. Then when you speak to them on the phone I always feel like I’m inconveniencing them and they begrudge giving you an appointment. I feel they lack empathy. Such a shame as the doctors are lovely.

Teach the receptionists empathy and understanding for their patients.
