I find it easier to book an appointment via econsult than ringing the Dr surgery as I get a response quicker and it is more convenient for me.

Suggested improvements
I think the receptionists work very hard and are a bit overwhelmed with calls that they can't attend to patients that want to book in. If a system could be put in place where patients could automatically book themselves in it would save time and allow the receptionists to carry on with more urgent work.
