More appointment service needed.
GP attentive to what was said and gave appropriate advice.
Very helpful ongoing treatment.
Receptionists very rude and deliberately put phone off the hook in the mornings
Dear patient I can assure you that we do not put of telephone on hold. In fact we have recently stopped the prescription telephone line so that there is another member of staff to answer the many phone calls we receive daily. Mornings are particularly busy, as you will appreciate as patients ring for appointments. It is recommended to leave routine calls to afternoons so that the morning rush is over. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you have experience. If you register online you can book appointments electroncially but avoids the need to ring. Please ask for a password the next time you are in the surgery so that you can register for online access. Thank you for your feedback.
This surgery has now taken the telephone repeat presription service away from people like my mother who is 82 this year.
This means I have to go to the surgery and register her to order online.
She does not use the computer and is now confused as to how she will get prescriptions.
I will need to visit the surgery to sort this out for her in my work time.
This is another case of passing back to family to provide ongoing care.
Appointment times.
Cannot get through on phone.
