On 30 Jun 15 attended 'Over 75 Health Check' with Dr Karuna Sharma. Very comprehensive in all respects. Difficult to say what could be improved. It is reassuring to know that this type of check is available.

Dr Oluleyode Oshiya is very unhelpful ask for some help and changed subject several times, asked about getting a blood test and ignored me. Very unhappy.

At the moment (12 June 2015) I do not require care - but the competency I had with Dr Shama was very useful and gave me a feeling of security, should in the future, I need more specialised care.

Warfin always has to be considered when taking our new medication. The red chairs in the patients waiting area are health and safety issued. The legs stick out and over the last few weeks 5 people have stumbled over them. One young lady and 4 elderly people. They should be removed before there is a serious accident.

I was very pleased to be given an opportunity to have an "MOT'. Other organisations (dentists, opticians) require that I have an annual check-up. I would like to meet medical center to offer me a similar service.
