Mix up over prescription not resolved as discussed. Waited 30 mins for reissue of prescription but it was still wrong.
Correctly reissued later in the day but this has involved 2 tips to the surgery.
Everything is so good about my care.
I have the best family GP I've ever had in England, of course spent most of my life in Australia.
I tried to obtain a repeat prescription for my wife who has chest infection and find that I have to re-register to obtain this service. The form for doing this is meant to be available online however trying to access this for I received a notice that the forms are not available online. So had to drive to the centre to fill in the form. However the form needed photo ID of my wife so I had to drive back to get her to come along. She is ill and suffering from a bad chest infection so needed a new Ventolin inhaler. I cannot understand why you have to have new system when the old one worked perfectly. It was secure since you had to log in and use a password and provide other details to verify you are who you say you are. Your poor receptionist is under a lot of pressure with many people complaining about problems. Goodness knows what I would do if I dis not have a car . yours sincerely C R Harington Hawes
I would like to recommend doctors and nurses, as they are excellent.
Considerate and understanding.
