The online system has helped make appointments.
The dispensiary is very good.
The phone system is poor. It tells you to select option 7 to speak to the medical secretaries, but in fact you can't speak to them - you have to speak to reception, and this option has not been corrected for months. It is then difficult to get through to the receptionists.
