Waited an hour being told I was next up. Almost had to leave without being seen because I had my baby in childcare. General lack of care, concern, or respect for my time.

Dear Patient Thank you for your valuable comments - I am very sorry that you have experienced exceptionally long waiting times when you are in the surgery and thank you for bringing the matter to my attention, I will be discussing this matter with our clinical team, with a view to addressing any time management issues which may be at the route of this problem. However I hope that you can appreciate that despite giving a guide time of 10 minutes per appointment there will be occasions when a patient’s needs require much longer. This cannot always be anticipated and therefore will have an impact on other patients and for this we apologise. If you have been waiting 30 minutes or more, please approach a member of the reception team who will be able to update you about the delay and if possible offer you an alternative appointment.
