Despite claims of being able to book for appointments the following day after 2pm, there is always an excuse not to take bookings. Further to this the practice manager is totally inflexible and refuses to help. We tried 4 times to get a specific appointment and at each call we were refused the chance to make an appointment and told to call back, firstly the following week, then the following tuesday, then the next day then on the day. only. Added to this the call rates cost us over £10 to get a appointment from the number of attempts it takes to get through on the day. Since moving surgery the helpfulness and care has been left in the old building
