I was contacted about a flu jab and booked the appointment upon attending the appointment I was turned away advising that I was not eligible despite having one every year for the past 3 years, it was a waste of my time and clearly the records are incorrect

Phoned for over 24 hours and couldn't get through. Used 111 and was told I would have a call by close by the GP and was given appointment at this surgery and have not. Ridiculous.

It is such a shame , when i moved to Calne i was so impressed by Beversbrook Medical Centre , what on earth has gone wrong , totally unfit for purpose , phones not answered/calls seemingly cut off , no feedback regarding blood, urine and BP tests.
Online booking has been discontinued so back to non answered phone ! In essence it feels like we no longer have a local doctors . Terrible shame as my early experience of the doctors was incredibly good .

This review relates to arrangements for Covid booster vaccination. The staff and volunteers were all very friendly an helpful.
After phoning everyday for a week and being on hold for as long as I could each day (average 30 minutes) I emailed the surgery in order to get an appointment for my 2 year old daughter who is in pain daily. I emailed from her online account.
After no reply for a further 3 days, I sent the same email from my own online account.
This message was replied to the next day by a receptionist telling me that she could not talk to me about her as I emailed off the wrong account and was asked to emailed from my daughters account even though I had already done this 3 days earlier.
I felt this was extremely unhelpful and a complete waste of time as the receptionist does not need to discuss my daughter via email, she could have just booked me an appointment or asked when was convenient as it is obvious that I would have to accompany her to the doctor. She even quoted in the email that she had looked and can see that I have access to my daughters account and knew she'd be talking to me, yet she used her time to tell me to do something something had already done.
Again a complete waste of time as ultimately my daughter needs to see a gp to get to the bottom of her daily pain and we still don't have an appointment after nearly 2 weeks of trying.
