Cleanliness and overall waiting time was good.
Completed doctor link, which suggested I needed to be seen within a week. I had to all to make the appointment as the record of my doctor li k results seemed to have been missed.

Frustrating service. Appointment was given following completion of Doc Link, which was then cancelled by text. New appointment was given, then GP did not have the equipment needed for examination. Now having to wait for a new appointment.

The surgery has had some bad reviews, but I've only really had an issue once, a year ago, otherwise I can't complain with the service I receive whenever I need to contact the surgery.

Made appointment through the text service as I had been sent a reminder. I have previously tried to make appointments by phone, being on hold for an hour and never spoke to anyone in the end. I can’t use the app to make an appointment for my son (under 3) so I worry about what to do if I need an appointment for him.
