Hello there, I am sorry to hear this and I apologise that you feel that my Reception colleagues have not been understanding when you have telephoned in. Our team are really grateful for feedback from our patients as it helps to identify areas where we can improve. Every staff member has their own personal development plan, which includes the opportunity to reflect and learn from patient and colleague feedback .
