The stock answer was you must use www. doctorlink.com and converse with triage nurse or telephone call before we will make face to face appointment with a doctor.
No consideration given to us of the older generation who are not tech savvy.
Suggested improvements
Make it considerably easier to get face to face appointment with a doctor.
