It's always easier to moan than praise... So I would like to just show some recognition to all at Ambrose / Tollgate. We are all fully aware of the state of NHS and how frustrating these restraints must be for all - hence the 8am appointments moans etc. I try to plan and book online well in advance or actually go to one of the surgeries and queue from 7.30ish. By doing this I reduce my anxiety issues and the having to constantly try call-back etc. I suffer with Anxiety & Mental Health issues and Dr Karim & all staff respect this and are patient and supportive with me. Dr Karim also shows empathy and does all she can to make sure I get the help I need. Whilst keeping me informed and answering any questions etc I have. Thank You Dr Karim.. The surgery also efficiently process my prescriptions and medications, and resolve any issues that may arise quickly & professionally. Finally just want to mention and Thank Rose & Audrey on reception - working through manic times with a smile and always friendly & helpful.
