Because it’s true these are the sad facts of life now for so many patients at so many practices it has no personal relation to any doctor, it’s just a general view of a long time patient. Every thing has now been taken over by computers, i pads and telephone calls What’s happened to the personnel touch? I don’t think many people find talking to there doctor by telephone is the same as a face to face talk. I may be wrong but I don’t think so sadly. If you no longer see patients as you did pre covid pandemic then what are you doing now?.
