I saw Professor Winters at the One Stop Breast Clinic at the New Victoria Hospital. I had high anxiety levels but she was very adept at putting me at ease. She took a lot of time to explain treatment and screening options and really listened to me. She also followed up by email with further information, so I didn't feel I was on my own after the appointment.

I made use of the One stop Breast clinic at the New Victoria and from the moment I met Zoe I was completely at ease and she made what could have been a really anxious appointment very comfortable. I was lucky that I needed no further appointments but I am confident that I would have been in excellent hands had I received bad news. Lovely lovely doctor.

I am totally indebted to Professor Winters for the high level of support she gave me both in the early diagnosis of my breast cancer condition and in the surgical follow up. At all times I felt confident that I was receiving from her the highest level of involvement in my case. Every step of the process was clearly and sympathetically explained, the procedure to be followed was outlined in detail and the post surgery follow up, excellent. I’m deeply conscious too of the privilege afforded me by the NHS in that she had undertaken to work alongside them for a period of time with patients like myself. In summary the whole experience was little short of superb.
