Prof Zoe Winters is clearly an expert in her field and inspired confidence with her approach and throughout our discussion . Her depth of knowledge and experience was clearly evident during the consultation but it was coupled with an extremely friendly and human approach which was a breath of fresh air ! She provided very helpful explanations, was happy to answer my questions and was genuinely interested in me as a person and in my health in a wider context . She was very professional & reassuring and ensured that I got the follow up that was required. She also gave me further additional information on breast health to read.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others and will hopefully be able to have my routine follow up checks with her going forward.

I was almost in tears in the waiting room, full of anxiety about the upcoming appointment. As soon as I walked in, Professor Winters calmed my nerves and made me feel like, whatever the outcome, I would be really well looked after. Professor Winters really listened, understood my anxieties and then went on to explain so clearly every step that needed to be taken. She gave me really useful information to help me make informed decisions,. She brought humour into the room to lighten the mood and just made me feel so much better immediately. I am hugely grateful to Professor Winters!
