Prof Zoe was caring and extremely meticulous, both in her consultations and her surgery. She doesn't talk down to the patient or rush them. She also has an excellent network of colleagues to draw on when medical needs are outside her speciality.

I met Prof. Winters for a male issue I was having with my chest.
What was particularly great was the level of detail she went into with me when explaining both the issue itself and the treatment.
Some other consultants have lacked in this area and almost made me feel rushed.
