I was recently referred to Professor Winters regarding breast health concerns, and I was extremely impressed by her professionalism, clinical expertise and responsiveness throughout my consultation. Any health concerns can make us feel anxious and vulnerable, but I was immediately put at ease by Professor Winters’ clear, calm and measured approach, which inspired trust and confidence. We were able to have an open and productive discussion about my case, which has helped me to make well-informed decisions regarding follow-up treatment. I would also add that Professor Winters’ personal warmth and empathy were very much appreciated and provided welcome reassurance at a challenging time. Huge thanks are also due to Jenny Hoyle, Professor Winters’ indefatigable Practice Manager! She was able to schedule a consultation at short notice and subsequently ensured that I received my diagnostic report and other important information promptly after my consultation.
